What is The SACREDpause?

The SACREDpause is a 4-day virtual experience hosted on June 9-12, 2025 by Reign Awakened Women’s Ministry in celebration of their 3rd year in ministry. This experience is for women who are tired of pretending, hungry for truth, and ready to walk in the fullness of who Yahuah called them to be.

It’s more than an event. It’s a divine invitation to slow down, go deeper, and realign your life with the truth of Yahuah’s Word.

Over four intimate evenings, you’ll experience Holy Spirit-led sessions filled with reflection, sisterhood, truth, and transformation. This is sacred ground — a space to lay down what’s heavy, remember who you are, and rise into the life you were set apart to live.

What to Expect

Each night at 8:00pm ET, we’ll pause together for a powerful session focused on a specific theme:

  • This kickoff session is a warm, welcoming dive into the SACREDpause experience. It’s not just an introduction—it’s an invitation. Women will be introduced to the heart behind Reign Awakened Women’s Ministry, the vision for the week, and each other. Through fun, low-pressure activities, shared reflection, and small-group connection, attendees will begin forming the kind of trust and sisterhood that creates a safe space for transformation.

  • This session creates a safe, Holy Spirit-led space for you to release what’s been weighing you down—old wounds, unspoken shame, and silent struggles. Through guided truth-based reflection, heart-centered prayer, and gentle exercises, participants will confront the lies they’ve believed and exchange them for Yahuah’s truth. It’s not about forcing healing—it’s about making space for it to begin.

  • This session is a deep dive into identity—not the one shaped by the world, wounds, or performance, but the one rooted in Yahuah’s design. Through Scripture, reflective storytelling, and quiet moments of listening, you will explore who you are because of who He is. It’s an invitation to leave behind false labels and step fully into belovedness, authority, and purpose.

  • This session is a reflective space for women who are seeking to walk in obedience to Yahuah but don’t yet know what that practically looks like. Through guided reflection, gentle storytelling, and a simple framework rooted in four core principles—Faith, Family, Fitness, and Focus—this session helps women connect obedience to their everyday habits. Rather than focusing on information or instruction, the session invites participants to pause, examine their lives honestly, and consider what alignment with Yahuah could look like from the inside out.

    We are not affiliated with any organized religion — we have come out of the religious system of this world (put down the labels) that was created by man and returned to the narrow path that Our Creator outlined in His word.

    We believe in the totality of the Bible and strive to live in obedience to it daily.

    If we had to put a label on it, we are simply followers of the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE (John 14:6).

  • We will be sharing space with one another virtually this time around.

    Exact virtual location details will be shared closer to the week’s kickoff.

  • The SACREDpause was thoughtfully curated to be a complete experience, where each evening builds upon the next.

    We understand that 4 nights back to back is a lot to commit to, but we encourage you to block the time off and allow yourself to thoughtfully pause and create space to pour into yourself.

    Consider this experience an act of love and self-care where you’ll be able to replenish and restore.

  • There will be no recordings for this experience as we want to keep the space safe and sacred. We don’t want what’s shared during these nights by the attendees to leave the room. If you cannot make it for whatever reason any of the nights, you’ll still be able to do the reflective work on your own time, thanks to the digital swag bag full of goodies you’ll receive!
